Trip Summary

Inshore fishing is picking up. The sheepshead are showing in better numbers on inshore structure. Currently a lot of smaller keepers being caught the class of fish should only get better in coming weeks. Finger mullet have shown up somewhat early this year and have been the bait of choice for fishing for Redfish, and Flounder. Nearshore fishing has still been producing great days but we are starting to have those summer time days where the fish seem to have disappeared. Spanish, and Kings have been the main target. A little further nearshore we are seeing Amberjack, Barracuda, and some Cobia have been caught. For nearshore trips like this be rigged and ready to pivot if the fish are not cooperating.
