Trip Summary

James and his crew all the way from Maryland decided to break up their drive to Atlanta with a quick pitstop in beautiful coastal Georgia—and we’re so glad they did! They hopped on board for a fast-paced, action-packed session and absolutely crushed it, reeling in: Black Sea Bass ? Lesser Amberjack Triggerfish ? Sand Bass ...and plenty more! Since they still had a long drive ahead, they opted for a 100% catch-and-release day, sending all these beauties safely back to fight another day. Safe travels the rest of the way to Atlanta, guys! Thanks for fishing with us! ?⚓

Weather kept us from heading offshore today, but George and his grandkids made the absolute most of it in the back country. They put a beating on the redfish today—keeping their limits and releasing dozens more for next time. Add in a handful of solid keeper trout and some drag-screaming Jack Crevalle, and they’ve got plenty of fresh catch for dinner tonight and breakfast tomorrow!
