Aug.18 all day trip

August 18, 2026

Caught some live bait in the morning and went wreck fishing ...caught 1 nice Almaco Jack and released several under sized Amberjacks. Tried bottom fishing and it was horrible ...caught 1 Triggerfish a a bunch of under sized Seabass. Switched over to trolling and caught a few King Mackerel and False Albacores

Once again due to a rough Ocean we spent the morning trolling in the deep water channels in the backwaters of Pamlico Sound and caught some Bluefish & Spanish Mackerel
