Trip Summary

1/2 day produced a mix bag today. Hog fish jim was back at it again landing this nice gag !! Lots of white grunts again today. Lasr two trips the fish won the tug of war with us breaking off in the ledges. Including one beast that i hooked up today. I guess the fish need to win evey now and then. Take a look at our gag hogfish trips we have coming up. Sept 12 and 26. Limited space available. Call or message me for more info. Gag grouper is only open til October 1 this year. This year Gag grouper season opens up September 1 and ends October 1. The season for these hard fighting and one of the best eating grouper was only open one week last year and two weeks the year before so the fishing pressure has been next to ZERO !! We do catch them on our half days however this year we decided on doing two shared all day trips on Sept. 12 and 26 . We are only selling 27 spots for these trips so plenty of room to catch your fish of your dream. The price will include frozen and LIVE bait ! ( live bait will be as long as they last on the trip. our live well holds around 125 pinfish and 10 dozen live shrimp) Everything is included just take your food and drink. Bring back a memory of a life time !

Water temps are getting back to normal and the fish are ready to feed ! If you never caught a gag grouper like this one now is the time to go. Season is closed on the gags however plenty of good eating reef fish just waiting for a bait. Red and scamp grouper are in season so you still have a chance at catching your own sandwich! Come try your skills on this great gag grouper fishing. No need to do a all day. They are thick now on our half day fishing grounds.
