Bite was a little slow today for us but managed to get on a huge school of big big redfish. Caught a total of 5 and everyone of them were over 34". The biggest today was 39". Had my clients Jason and family today from Canada and they were done after 5 big bruisers. We ended up going trout fishing after that and had a nonstop bite. Bite is still good in the Tampa bay. Was nice to finally get out after all the rain. Had an awesome day with Paul from England-Chicago today with his family also. Went to try and catch a permit and got literally spooled by one. Only permit bite this morning. Caught some nice mangos, triple tail and lost a huge barracuda. Then pushed back inshore and caught some snook to cap the day. Very hot and flat calm all day.
