2022 has started out with a BANG! Fishing has been nothing less than absolutely fantastic from North Point Marina, Winthrop Harbor IL, and we're just getting started. Conditions have lined up perfectly for shoreline Coho fishing. There is a distinct color change in water between the shoreline & 30 feet of water, and the feeding salmon slide in and out of the stained water to feed on 5-6 inch spawning Alewives. It's fair to say that 99% of our catch is being caught 1 - 5 feet under the surface.
