Got on the water and saw where the film crews were filming some shots for Outerbanks in Shem Creek, went to Morris Island and caught a baitwell full of Menhaden. Came in to meet these 2 awesome people in town from Wisconsin. We had 2 goals, catch fish and enjoy the sun. Went to our first spot to fish the out going tide. Caught a few Reds, 12 to be accurate. We caught some sun shine between the cloud cover as well. Everyone was happy, we tried for a sunset but the clouds over the Holy City wouldnt allow that. Great Day on the water and all fish returned safe to the water. We tossed a good bit of left over bait in the area to show our appreciation to the Reds for coming to play and get their pictures taken. If you want sore arms from the fishing book now!!
