Weare in full swing-on our jigging trips on lake Champlain and there’s no better time to experience the fight these fish have coming up from the deep water! Although trolling is extremely productive in the spring and the early summer these trout go deep once the water warms. Thus making it prime for jigging! Jigging for lake trout is one of my favorite ways to target these beautiful fish and the bite has been hot!. we’ve been busy the last few weeks! Just got the new boat back which is full of room and extremely comfortable for groups to fish out of.
