Trip Summary

September has been an outstanding month of fishing. We were able to target multiple species in a single day trip including Striped Bass, Bluefish, Cobia, Red Drum, Speckled Trout and Mackerel. Now that we are at the end of September we are beginning to see the waters cool and the shallow water Stiped Bass action take the show. Red Drum, Bluefish, Mackerel and Speckled Trout will still be targeted for the next few weeks into mid October before they migrate out of the bay. For the next few months as waters cool more and more we will see some of the best Stiped Bass fishing the Chesapeake Bay has to offer. Located Mid-Lower Chesapeake Bay allows us to follow the Stiped bass schools as they head south from the upper reaches of the Bays and Rivers. This is very exciting fishing on very nice quality fish 20-40 inches. Often fast paced with anglers catching 20-30 fish each. This is not a time of year you want to miss out on. Grab some friends or family and lets go fishing!
