give it a shot. the marina is great, friendly people, great food. The fishing is great. communicate with your captain, they'll do they're best to customize your trip as to what you want to fish for. Take care of your 1st mate, they work extremely hard. most of the hard work they do is being done while you're still asleep, take good care of them ?

fishing the Jedi, piers or 4th street is an excellent option but can prove difficult for success. taking a charter in the bay for those that get moion sick is a great option . ocean charters in good weather are almost a sure thing for success. talk to coasta guide service for your charters!

I’m a freshwater fisherman and this was my first time on salt water so I’m not an expert on the usual bite. We were on fish for most of the trip so I was happy with the results. We had probably three times or more that we had multiple fish on multiple rods at the same time

I think the warmer waters and time of day can be an issue with catching a lot of fish. Not sure the end of July is the best time, but I’m not a professional or claim to be. Laughing & and having a great time was the most important part for us
