Trip Summary

We went out for a 5hrs fishing trip. Few minutes after being out we caught a mackerel bonito. Then we headed south to the area we caught fish a day before. We saw few schools but no bite. After going from one school to another we were able to catch 2 nice doradoes and one skipjack. We were back at noon for some pictures

We were out for a 5hrs afternoon trip. The weather was a bit windy and rainy at the beginning of the trip. We started fishing right after the reef. Line were out but not schools of fish could be seen. We had a strike on the long rigger lure but the hook did not get the fish. We suppose it was a marlin. After few hours we were near a FAD. Not strike. On the way back we had a marlin strike on the short corner lure. The marlin made many jumps and after a good fight the fish was in and we were back in the lagoon with a splendid catch. It was the first marlin for our customers.
