Clients had a great trip yesterday fishing the Tampa Bay area. Fishing was slow for us in the morning. The cold front that came through the day before seemed to kinda shut everything down. Even bait was not where we had last found it. We kept on grinding and finally found a huge school of snook. We fished Weedon Isle and stopped on the same school for over 3 hrs. We ended up catching over 30 snook and had a couple shots at some redfish but they didn’t want to chew. My clients Gene, and Son were awesome. They were local fisherman in the area and had a great time angling these snook. The Tampa Bay area is still going off. Spring time is one of the best times of the year here in the St. Pete area. We are going to get another little cold front on Sunday. So the snook, redfish, and trout will be chewing this week. So book your charter ASAP. We would love to have you.
