Trip Summary

The late summer bite here in August has been red hot. If you want to get out there and have an action oacked trip the time is now! Lots of bonitas and king mackerel on the troll and live baits both. Mahi fishing has still been very hit or miss but you can't count them out. Some snapper around as well when the conditions are right.

As the days get warmer the action close to the reef continues to improve. Alot of our catch comes from 80-120' of water which is just over a mile offshore. Take advantage of this time of year to get in on the action!

The mahi bite has been great on most days the weather allows the trip offshore. If you want to catch mahi make sure to book a 6hr trip because there is a good bit of travel offshore. Also king mackerel, tuna, and bonitos on the reef. Bottom fishing for snapper and more has been hot as well.
