Trip Summary

This time of year is usually awesome, but this year is special. We are starting to jig on white lake already and catching king salmon as well as trolling on lake michigan and we are catching them good as ever! I would recommend getting in on the action this year while fishing is still good!

Right now we are seeing very good results from our white lake trips. We are catching a fair amount of salmon on light tackle which is a ton of fun!

We have been casting and jigging on white lake for the last week or so and the action has been very steady. We are getting a few salmon a trip mixed in with bass and pike as well. They wont stick around forever now is the time to get out and fight these beasts on light tackle! Lake michigan has still been producing great catches of steelhead and coho salmon as well!

Fishing the last week or 2 has been the best we have seen all year!! Tons of fish out there to catch right now and it should only get better! I only have a couple dates left for August. After august i will be jigging and casting for big king salmon on inland lakes. I have plenty of dates open for that and it is a blast! I highly recommend it!
