Pre-spawn fishing. Total fish catch was over 50. There are slow days but i haven’t had one in a while.

I got out on the water for a half-day trip with Jonathon. It was easy to see that he knew what to do from the start. The morning bite was steady, boating around 20 fish before the fog cleared. As the sun got high, we went looking for the big ones. We both laid the hammer down on some respectable frog fish to put together a solid sack for the day. All-in-all, it was a great morning with a great angler.

I had the pleasure of spending the morning with John and J.P. It was a hot one and the bite started off slow but they persevered and put fish in the boat. For me, it was nice to spend a few hours on the water with two quality people.
