The weather was and has been a bit odd the past few days. The overcast and high water made for some interesting fishing. We stayed to the north end of tangier sound and got a great mix of fish with some keeper size trout and lost a few big red drum. Tons of fun! Book soon!

This past week on Fish Pit charters we had a ton of fun with stripe bass eating heavily in shallow water with speckled trout, drum, and perch peppered in. Around the end of the week before the holiday weekend, we went out to the coastal back waters and managed 5 nice flounder. All feeding on crabs, bunker and small bait fish and even shrimp.
