3/4 day trip gave our customers a good day of fishing and beautiful scenery. Totals: 6 yellowtail, 10+ calico bass. Looking forward to seeing our customers come back in May.

Day started with a beautifull sunrise, but fishing was tough. Crew was able to bring 2 decent sized yellowtails trolling the rapalas. After a couple of hours trying different techniques, that spot had given us all it had. We moved north closer to San Pedro Nolasco island and boy were we in for a treat. Birds were going crazy everywhere. Made a couple of passes trolling the plugs and caught a couple more. Started deep dropping knife jigs and Yoyo irons and the action was crazy catching yellowtail every other drop. A couple of calicos and a hefty red snapper were caught bouncing the jigs off the bottom. Over all great day of fishing.
