5/11PM First off Happy Mothers Day to all the great Moms! Especially my wife, who is the best mom I could wish for to our boys. I usually take the entire day off but after talking it over with my wife, I had to reschedule this trip for this afternoon because I had nowhere else to put Rene and her group! Well they nailed it. I was able to get some fresh bait right before we went out and it made all the difference despite the muddy river.fish the entire time. We caught eight and missed a bunch more. The highlight was a 44” hog with almost all others between 35-39”. Every fish took a live herring.
