Trip Summary
As I typing this, I'm sitting at home after having to cancel a charter due to high winds, causing unsafe conditions. So i feel it necessary to address this... Sometimes the weather just doesn't work out and we are forced to either cancel, or move your charter to the next available spot, if there is one. Please, PLEASE defer to your captains judgment when it comes to this decision. Safety on the water is the most important thing. There is no fish worth risking anyones safety for, and if your captain is saying it's unsafe to go fishing, he means it. We do not want to or like to have to cancel a charter. This is our living, our paycheck. But money does not or ever will come before safety. On top of that, its about your experience on the water. Poor conditions don't make for a good time and makes it more difficult for your captain to put you on the fish. So please, defer to our judment for your safety, and PLEASE do not get mad at your captain for making the decision to cancel. We work very hard to insure a good experience for you. Thank you for understanding! Tight lines!
