We enjoyed a half day fishing trip on the ICW with our two kids (ages 14 and 11).ย Robert was our captain for the day who also does the Eco Tour so it was a treat to have him at the helm of our boat!ย He found a few great fishing spots and everyone on the boat caught a fish or two.ย The kids were thrilled to get a couple of fish on the line (baby shark, whiting, speckled sea bass)!ย We even saw several porpoises jumping next to boat, making it extra special.ย Robert is an absolute expert of these waters, history, fish, wildlife, you name itโWOW!ย I highly recommend this tripโwell worth it!ย Thanks for an amazing time!

This fishing trip was absolutely amazing!ย Shane knew so much history about the area, and knew a lot about the fish we were catching, and where to find them.ย This was a first time fishing trip for my son and I, and Shane made it very memorable.ย I highly recommend Captain Shane!

Certainly one of my best Charter Fishing experiences ever!ย I am an avid fisherman and Bo with Barrier Reef Charters got us on a lot of fish! Awesome half day trip with Shane!! He warned us the day before that it would be cold and windy, and offered to let us postpone; he didnโt want us to have unrealistic expectations. We decided to go anyway (and cut our group of 5 down to only 2-yes, we got a refund), and it was fantastic! He got us on fish, we caught our limit, and then more to throw back! Shane also taught us a lot about the local cuisine and habitat and oyster culture. This was my boyfriendโs favorite part of our Charleston-area trip. Thanks, Shane! We will see you again when we return to Charleston!

We were able to catch a ton of of fish out on the reef and inshore. Amazing experience all around!
