We booked with them before,this trip was not so good. Captain was he late, booked a 5 hr trip. Got 4. Paid 120 down and and they still insisted on us paying for the 5 hr trip,on top of the deposit.ย Caught 2 lbs of fish,cleaned. I asked if it was worth going out. Captain said it was. In our opinion, no.
Hi Lori,ย Iโm sorry you were disappointed in your charter.ย I also apologize for the Mate being late.ย You did leave the dock 20 minutes late and you should have returned at 12:20 instead of 12:00.ย As far as the deposit goes, You booked through FishingBooker and you only paid them a $60 deposit.ย As far as the amount of fish you caught - 13 bluefish trolling.ย Yes it was slow but thatโs why they call it fishing.ย We canโt predict how the fish will bite.ย On the bright side, there were 2 other boats out fishing the same area that morning and one didnโt catch anything and the other caught 2 fish so you were โtop boatโ.ย We do hope to see you again one day and since it was our fault that you left late will would like to offer you an extra hour for free.ย Hopefully the fish will cooperate if you would like to book again.ย We try our best to give our customers a good experience and we also try our best to catch fish!
