We had a great day six hour charter with Captain Chris and Cory. Weather was warm and sunny but pretty bumpy ride due to high season wind that Captain Chris knew how to drive a boat to keep us comfortable and dry and we and Cory worked his tail off All day and we caught mahi-mahi and we have dinner for the next couple of nights. Thank you, Captain Chris and Cory. We certainly would recommend Coco charters anyone coming to the keys Key West anytime soon. I would do this charter again the next time I’m in Key West.

The following is a fair and accurate assessment of this sport fishing charter out of Key West Florida.  Captain Chris and Corey were the PERFECT team.  The Skipper kept us on the fish for the full 8 hours each day and Corey worked tirelessly keeping the lines baited and set the entire time. My wife Sharon and I have fished all over the world and cannot think of a better outfit than Koko Charters.  We landed a total of 2 Wahoo, 5 Skipjack, 2 Blackfin, 22 Mahi and 2 Barracuda.  Chris is as safety conscious as he is diligent about looking for the fish and Corey did an astounding job filleting the catch.  To top all of this off they recommened two local restaurants (Hurricane Hole and Hogfish Grill) where we had some of our catch cooked to perfection! 😋 Lastly, I’d just like to say, don’t be that guy who got cancelled the day before because of weather and decided to wait at the dock to stare down the Skipper as we came back in after the first day.  Chris has no more clairvoyance at predicting the weather or seas than you do.  The ocean is unforgiving and even less so when you’re stupid.
p.s.  I tried to swipe one of Corey’s “Power Drinks” the first day and he was sweet enough to bring me one the next day out.  Now THAT’S some quality service! 👍🏼

We took Koko Charters out today for a special birthday fishing trip. It was myself and 3 teenagers with Chris and Cory. The trip exceeded expectations in every way. Aside from having beautiful weather and mild surf, the team at Koko made things just perfect for us. We caught live bait and the fish bit consistently. We caught more mackerel than we could count, we had so many we started throwing them back bc it was more than we would eat or save. We also caught mutton snapper, yellowjack and a barracuda. Everyone pulled in a few big ones and Cory kept bait on the hooks. He was also super responsive to any all of our requests and the teenagers stayed engaged and having fun while Chris captained the boat. When we got back to the dock they prepped the fish for us and recommended a great local pub where we took our catch for lunch. Very delicious!!!
When we come back down to the Keys we will book with Koko Charters again. If you’re considering a charter, do yourself a favor and book with these guys. You’ll be glad you did.

Great trip and great crew.  We came to fish, captain took us to where there were fish and we caught them.  The waves got to be a bit much for my son - and the captain and first mate did whatever they could to make the day as comfortable as possible for him, thanks guys.  First mate worked the lines the entire day and he kept us busy with tight lines.  The captain kept the boat pointed at fish and was continuously scanning for fishy waters. These guys are the real deal and they find fish. We came back with double digit mahi, wahoo, and cero mackerel. Thank you Koko Charters - great day on the water.

The Mate Cory worked hard alk day from the moment lines in to lines out.  We caught 2 large Wahoo, 5 Spammer Dolphin and 6 schoolies PLUS a 60lb Sailfish.  Outstanding day.  Captain Chris knew right were to go.  Looking forward to our next trip on KoKo.
