Captain Chris Gowens and first mate Cory Robinson have over 30 years of fishing experience and know where to take you to make sure you hook in your dream fish. Late model express to get you there fast, a 41' Luhrs tower boat. This fabulous boat can have 6 anglers fish at once without crossing lines. She is powered by twin 650 HP Cummins engines, to make sure you waste no time in transit. Capt. Chris wants to get your lines wet as soon as possible, typically lines are in the water 30 min from the dock unlike an hour or more with the other boats. He has also gone above and beyond with the safety equipment onboard. He wants you to enjoy your day without worrying about yourself, your friends, or your family.
You'll cruise to the best fishing spots in style – this boat is equipped with a new Fusion stereo with Bluetooth to listen to your music of choice. You will want to make sure you've got something epic playing while you reel in your trophy catch! Ladies, the most important thing that is requested, is a vacuflush clean restroom!
This high standard is continued with the equipment that you will use. You'll be using Shimano Talica reels, the very best, no junk.Everything is top of the line and ready for you to have an incredible day on the water. All rods, reels, and lures are included in the price.
You will target a huge range of species, such as Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Sailfish, White and Blue Marlin, Barracuda, Wahoo, and many more. Head up to 30 miles offshore to reel in some big beauties. You will troll predominantly. This boat was designed for trolling, so you can fish easily knowing this is the perfect boat for this technique of fishing.
Capt. Chris is happy to fillet your catch at the end of your trip – the hardest decision you need to make is how to cook it! All you need to do is pack your snacks, water, and polarized sunglasses, and meet Capt. Chris and first mate Cory.

I was nervous to go fishing but they made it one of my favorite experiences on Key West! Captain Chris and Corey were beyond helpful, informative, and kept everything pristine. The boat was absolutely beautiful we were riding in style it felt as if we were Kings and Queens for the day! i mean what more could you ask for? On top of all that, we caught some hard fighting and good sized black fin tuna and wahoo and they fileted it up perfectly for us at the dock where we got to feed tarpon the scraps. These guys even went the extra mile to provide us with some ice and a recommendation on a restaurant nearby that would cook the fish up for us into a nice 3 course dinner! We can’t wait to go back!! 11/10 highly recommend!!

For us - a familiy of five - this was the first offshore fishing trip. We did not really now what to expect and trusted the excellent reviews of other guests. Our experience surpassed everything we could have hoped for. Captain Chris and especially his mate Cory were great with the kids (13,11,9) and helped them and us parents to have a great fishing experience. Each member of our family catched at least two fish, most remarkable was our catch of a large Wahoo. The Wahoo was perfectly fileted and baged. We had a wonderful dinner (grilled) and snack (sashimi style) out of it for the next two days... Thank you for that great and unforgetable experience!

cleanest charter boat ive ever been on. the crew were eager to work and get you on fish. they worked hard the entirety of the trip and made sure you were comfortable and having a good time. definitely recommend koko with captain chris

Captain Chris was great. Even though we had a bad directional wind, Chris was able to put us on some fish anyway. Worked hard through the weed lines and finding birds. Don't hesitate to book Koko charters for your trip.

We had a teriffic trip with Chris and Cory. 12 Mahi and a sailfish, which was quite an unexpected experience. The boat has one of the best layouts we’ve seen over the course of many charters in the Keys. Tackle was in great shape and Cory worked tirelessly to keep lines in the water and to get fish into the boat. We highly recommend this charter!
