Fantastic outing!! We asked for something different from Captain Derek. Instead of trolling for hybrids and stripers we asked to fish for bass. The Captain knew where to go to find structures and other places only an expert guide would know. The two of us reached our limit and landed several large spotted bass. We even caught six large catfish. We caught some nice hybrids also and released them back to the lake. Captain was extremely competent but also very cordial. He allowed to share our “fish tales” and showed a genuine love of fishing. We would go back to Extreme Stipers and Captain Derek anytime in future. If I could give him a “ten” I would.
