Captain was very Itโs rude and loud to some of the passengers.ย Understandably the conditions were rough And there was Some tangled lines But when you got an operator trying to help the The deck hand Itโs pretty hard to control the boat as the boat drifted i from side to side which caused much of the tangled lines and confusion on deck which made it very uncomfortable. Yelling and screaming does not help. Although the fishing Was good it to bad the captain couldnโt hold his cool.ย And another thing caption or deck hand should of explained to the Anglers what theyโre being charged for instead of surprising them at the end of the trip. Not cool for the new angers.ย I was fortunate enough to have my own gear

Ahoy there, Obviously you were not very aware of what was going on. This was a very rough weather day and It took both of us on deck to control the situation. When there is so much going on with multiple fish being caught there is a lot of distractions and I and my crew need to shout to be heard over the din of everyone wanting to talk. Especially with such big fish and everyone catching the limit. ย You obviously have not fished on a boat with a stern steering station. This is where I run the boat from when Iโm on deck helping. There was NEVER ONE MOMENT that the boat was drifting. The boat is always moving forward which is called trolling. If The boat stops it would cause a massive tangle. You sir were tangled all day by not listening to the instructions of the crew. If you had listened you would have caught a fish on your own rod (which you did not), and not be tangled all day long. We do not hide any of the prices of anything. You were told upon coming to get more gear after you lost it in tangles. Our rent rods have all the terminal tackle required so there is no additional fees for equipment unless it is lost or broken off. Most other customers do not have the problems that you did because they listened and followed instructions. You did not.

Not a lot of fish being landed thar dayhowever, I was lucky and got a nice one.
