Loaded on the boat, just the ride to the spot was awesome if youโve never been out especially in the Bay, put us right on the fish quick and had a great time, even my 4 year old was in on the action! Ran in to some heavy rain on way back but Ruben Garcia knows how to handle his boat in unpredictable situations! will be back soon!

I had initially booked a guided trip with a different organization that ended up being in Corpus Christy 3 hours away ๐ which wasnโt going to work with our schedule. We simply went to **hidden content** to search for an alternative guided in our price range. Thatโs when we found Capt. Ruben Garcia. Capt. Garcia was in contact with us almost immediately and he was willing to answer any of our questions.
We meet up with Capt. Garcia the morning of July 19th 2024 at 0630. Capt. Garciaโs equipment is extremely well maintained, organized, and clean. Capt. We had an awesome time with this charter.ย Captain Ruben is a great guide and will make sure everyone has a great time.ย Heโs really accommodating and is always willing to help any way he can.ย He knows great fishing spots and is extremely helpful when it comes to catching fish, teaching fishing techniques, filleting fish, etc.ย We highly recommend taking a fishing trip with Captain Ruben!

Capt. Ruben was very knowledgable and service oriented. We had a morning trip with good weather conditions and fully capitalized on them! We nearly limited out on Black Drum and also landed 3 beautiful slot Redfish. Capt. Ruben was very helpful with the less experienced members of our party; encouraging and providing tips throughout the trip. Without a doubt would recommend him to anyone coming to the area whether it is your first or 50th time fishing. We will absolutely be booking with him for all of our future trips!

Our group of four had an amazing day on the water. First cast out and we brought in a fish. The captain was very knowledgeable and kept us on fish. He took the time to teach us about each spot we fished and where we should be casting. He went above and beyond to make sure we caught fish we were able to keep. The boat is new and spotless. I canโt recommend this enough!
