We have been fishing in the gulf for many years up and down the coast line. This trip with Captain Josh was by far the best trip. If you’re in the area of Panama City and are looking to book a fishing trip you have to look up reel fun charters.

We had a blast! First time to fish in the ocean. The ride was a little rough and we had some problems with the trolling motor keeping us in position but it couldn’t be helped. Our guide Justin did his best to keep us on top of fish. Between the 3 of us we caught about 30 fish in 2.5 hours of fishing. For a first time trip it was worth every penny, would I do it again for the same price, probably not. If your looking for the experience with family and friends I’d say go for it!

We had an absolute blast fishing with Captain Jon. We caught a good variety of fish, Jon was great about switching up techniques and location until we got on the fish. Captain Jon is local to the area and has literally spent his life on the water and was a wealth of knowledge about any maritime/aquatic questions we had. Would definitely book this trip again next time we’re in town.

Josh did an amazing job getting our family to a great fishing location. He made sure everyone on board had a great time and now we can cross “Catch a shark” off of our bucket list. Thank you!

My friend and I were supposed to go with captain Terry who ended up having a minor boat issue and couldn’t find a part. He did everything he could to get us on a boat to get out and fish (unlike the person who canceled on me the week we were to be at the beach) and we ended up going with his son. Had a great time! Mahi mahi and mackerel were not wanting to bite (tide had changed) but he did what he could to get us on some fish. Highly recommend had a great time. Will definitely be back next... More
