Everything was fantastic except for the fish cleaning and that was not in their control.ย They use an outside service that picks the fish up and has it ready in about two hours (however, it was at least an hour before they even picked our fish up).ย Having people come from as far away as I do, that doesnโt work for me.ย I need the fish cleaned as soon as I get off the boat and within an hour of docking.ย I thought for sure that is what these guys did but must have misunderstood.ย They get five stars for their part for sure, but I need to find a charter that will do what I described above.ย If there isnโt one to be found I probably wonโt do this again even though we all had a blast and loved our time on the water.

Had a bit of a slow start (but piced up a couple nice fish)as we chose to cast fish for a while. Switched to trolling and we were set. Caught some nice walleye and a few others and had some Sheephead steal a worm or 2. Captain Ron and first make Dakota were spot on with everything they did, they kept lines locked and loaded ,untangled and kept it fun as well very personable guys to have a good conversation with. May have tossed poor Dakota under the bus when something ended up broken my fault. ( ha ha sorry about that) HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. So much fun. See you next year. We will be back

We did a two half day fish. The first day was trolling and we caught our limit of walleye by noon. The second morning we did a casting fish as the water was rough. 8 walleye and 10 catfish. We had a different Captain on each day. Both got the job done. Hats off to the First Mate Dakota, who was on the spot. I wouldnโt like to have been without his knowledge and skill. He helped pull the trip together as he was there both days. Next time we go we would like to have him there. When going on a charter you shouldnโt expect to always bag your limit but being with knowledgeable, experienced, guides sure helps. I will be using Champion Charters in the future. We had a great fish.

Had a great trip with captain Shaun and Dakota. The weather couldnโt have been any nicer and they put us on the fish as soon as we had a couple lines in the water. Many doubles and couple of triples landed, didnโt want the trip to end. Very well organized boat and spent as time as needed to answer any questions. Highly recommend Champion Charters and will look them up again when get back to Lake Erie. Thanks Guys !!

Champion Charters is amazing. Captain Jim gave very good instruction had our group working together in no time. This trip was to celebrate my sonโs 17th birthday. We had a group of 6 and opted for the Executive Charter offering food and drinks. I highly recommend. The boat and equipment offered, are fantastic. We had a great day fishing, came back with 42 Walleye!!!
