One of the best charters I have been on.  How can you describe a trip where the 10, 13 and 17 YO kids were all smiles!  We were never waiting on fish to hit the lines it was constant action at every stop.  Captain Bryant and First Mate Pat were excellent—baiting rigs, teaching the kids techniques, and working hard to put us on fish.  The end cap snatching Amberjack was a thrill for my brother in law for certain.  We will be booking for the spring season soon!

Best 10 hour stretch I have spent in a long time.  Nothing but professionalism from the time we stepped onto the boat to being handed bags of the fish that were cleaned at the conclusion of the trip.

Captain Bryant immediately put us on the fish from the first spot we fished to the last. His knowledge of the gulf was impressive to say the least. I will definitely be a return customer for any gulf trip I take.

Awesome experience! From the planning stage through the end of the trip Captain Bryant Fields went over and above providing quality service. Deckhand Houston and the Captain worked hard all day keeping our hooks baited, coaching, and assisting in boating fish. After getting out to the fishing spots we moved around very little and fished almost nonstop. The captain kept us on fish and we boated over 40 keepers including snapper, amberjack, and limits of mahi-mahi and trigger fish. Many more non-legal fish were caught and released. We bottom fished, trolled, drift fished and casted with both cut bait and live bait. Most impressive was on the way in at the end of the day Captain Bryant spotted an opportunity to catch more Mahi-Mahi and stopped the boat where we finished our limits. I will definitely fish with Captain Bryant Fields again!

This is the best charter boat in the gulf!!!! Captain Bryant was absolutely the best captain and great person. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how and where to fish. This review could literally be 8-9 pages long. We caught red snapper (very large), king and Spanish mackerel, (large kings), mind blowing Amberjack, Mingo snapper, giant Trigger fish, grouper, a weird soap fish (weird). I asked Captain Bryant if he could get me on a big Amberjack. He baited a rod with a large mingo and within 10 minutes I was in a battle. What seemed to be an hour later, I was holding a 35 pound reef donkey. I am still sore today. This would be a great day if this review ended, but it doesn’t. We hooked a very large barracuda. 5-6 feet in length. Roughly 35 pounds. It went on several long runs. Then to the shock of all of us, it jumped out of the water. The shocking part was it was out by at least 15 feet. No exaggerating. It cleared 15 feet. This one fish was worth the trip. However, Captain Bryant and his crew made this the best fishing trip in my life. (I am 55 and I have fished my whole life from coast to coast.) If you want to experience an amazing day on the water with wonderful people, do not pass this boat and captain up. I will never go out with another charter captain besides Bryant again. Captain Bryant, Martin, and Camryn, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This was the hardest working crew I have ever been with. You made our trip to Florida one we will never forget. You are an amazing group and I hope we get back soon. Thank you so very much!

Absolutely will book with Bryant Fields again. We have gulf fished before and He goes above and beyond to make your trip the best possible experience.  He not only kept working with us due to weather issues but also because the bridge was out, he came to pick us up at Gulf breeze to save us from fighting traffic. He and his deck hand Logan worked so hard to make our day successful. We caught a lot more fish than we ever imagined. The largest fish we have ever caught was pulled into Bryant’s boat and the boys have not stopped talking about it This trip will always be remembered.
