Matt was a great captain, and got us on fish in no time. Was super responsive with booking, and well trusted as a captain. No doubt in my mind that youโll enjoy your trip with Matt. Super short trip from the dock to the inlet as well, so we didnt spend much time on traveling to fishing grounds. all in all highly recommend and weโll be booking with Matt in the future.

We booked with Captain Matt Schenk as we wanted a smaller boat that we would have by ourselves. The Captain was on time and had the boat ready to go. We purchased live bait and recommend that others do too. We caught king mackerel, Bonita, and black fin tuna. We lost a couple fish, one was a nice tuna that got off while trying to gaff. The smaller boat is great for 2 fisherman but could have limitations for travel in choppier seas. High marks for the Captain though. Helpful for first time deep sea fisherman.

Matt was awesome. Weather couldnโt have been better and while the fish were picky- he still put us on some! Wouldโve been fine if we didnโt catch anything - he was a great guide & we had a blast. Fish were a plus.
