We had such a fun time catching fish and learned so much. Captain Randall was very knowledgeable on where to go to find the fish and how to catch them. So much fun

Mr. Randal Frisbie is fantastic! This was a first fishing experience for our 6 and 8 year old daughters. We booked a half day trip in the morning. He was very responsive to all of my many questions before the trip, kept in touch with updates, and verified all our information multiple times. We stayed at a rental house for a mini-vacation on the lake, and he picked us up directly from the private dock at the property. This turned out to be very helpful in getting the young kids ready for a 6:45am start. Mr. Frisbie was very good at teaching and interacting with our children. Furthermore, they actually caught 5-6 fish. As a result, our 6-year-old was inspired to re-teach me how to cast and what to look for later that same day, reminding me that the key is “to be patient”. I am sure this is fun for all levels of proficiency, but if anyone is looking for advice specifically from the perspective of someone who had zero experience in fishing and/or kids - I would definitely recommend Central Texas Fishing Guide.

Randal takes creating an excellent client experience seriously. He communicates frequently and clearly leading up to the trip and during. He talked to me about what I wanted to get out of the day and my experience level and tailored the trip based on my responses. I’ve hired A LOT of guides in my life and I’ve never had one do this and it made for an awesome experience. Randal is very friendly, intelligent, and polite and I really enjoyed being on the water with him. I will be booking him anytime I’m in the area. If you get a chance, book with Randal. You won’t regret it.
