Carlos is a legend in the making. I’ve been on countless amount of fishing charters all over the place. Carlos is top notch. You won’t find a better captain then him no matter your experience level. He talks to you like you’ve been friends since you were a kid, he teaches you everything you need to know, and above all he is just the friendliest dude you’ll meet. If you’re looking to catch fish while in Puerto Rico I halighly suggest him even if you have to drive across the island for him. He’s well worth it. Thanks again for an awesome trip and putting us on fish Carlos. He also put me onto a 100+ lb tarpon that was an absolutely insane time. Book Carlos immediately because I’m sure he will book up and you’ll miss out on the best trip of your life.

Immediately Captain Carlos was in contact with me about the trip I had booked. Upon arrival captain Carlos was very welcoming to our group and explained in detail about the trip. During the trip captain Carlos continued to explain different techniques and ways to locate fish, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Captain Carlos got us on two beautiful mahi-mahi and worked with our group to successfully land both. After we returned he provided us knowledge on how to properly filet the mahi-mahi and did an excellent job cleaning the fish for us. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a day out fishing the ocean with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. When we return to Puerto Rico again we will definitely book another outing with the captain!

I have done 2 trips with The Drop Fishing Charters. Carlos knows when and where to fish! We were searching for a bigger boat to go out on the offshore trip & he has the perfect 24 foot craft. He is bi-lingual and very knowledgeable and willing to explain why it is were fishing a certain location with specific bait. We have caught Snook, Mahi Mahi, & Barracuda. While we were waiting he was showing us previously caught fish in the same spots. We got to see many iguanas & local birds. We were on a mission to catch a Tarpon today & he went out of his way to make sure we hooked one…well two at one time! We were able to land one!!! Just a great overall experience! Carlos was one of the best captains I have fished with, it wasn’t just about the fishing, he was informative and always educating us on where and why. Most trips with charters are down and dirty fishing period, but Carlos makes it more than that! My wife and I really enjoyed out trip and will, with out a doubt be back. I feel like I met a friend instead of just another captain that I fished with. He knows where to go and when to go there. Oh ya, the fishing was great!! Thanks Carlos! See you very soon!

Our captain, Carlos Andreas Torres was amazing. He’s super friendly and very knowledgeable. The boat was immaculate 🚤 and he had both live bait🎏 and regular tackle 🎐so we caught a couple different types of fish🎣. We went in-shore fishing so it was nice and calm, no choppy 🌊water or nausea 👍. In addition to fudh we saw many kinds of birds, sting-rays and a dolphin! Overall we had a great trip and would definitely recommend and book with Carlos Andreas again 😀.
