Jaime met us this morning to get us our license and find the boat. He took us to Captain Hollywood. Things seemed okay until he starting saying f*ck this f*ck that and every other word was the F word. This was a birthday gift for my husband who always wanted to fish in the ocean and we love doing new things together even after 28 years of marriage. We were ready to fish and got out past the arch and the captain told me to go drive the boat and proceeded to be very rough with me. He then went back and explained to my husband how fishing would work. He came up again to be rude to me and tell me how to drive the boat grabbing me below the waist. I told him I know how to drive a boat. He went back to show my husband more and came back one last time I wasn’t steering right. I told him to do it himself I’m not the captain. I went and sat down and he never once showed me how to fish or what to do. I was crying by this point and wanted off the boat. No man puts his hands on me the way he did. He then said oh you don’t feel well and I said I feel fine except I want this over . My husband was not putting up with any man treating me this way and we told him we wanted to go to back to the dock. He very slowly proceeded back and my husband caught a fish then Hollywood said oh we fish longer you be patient and my husband said no take us back now. I called the owner when we got off the boat and he said he would see what his captain said. We got off the boat at 10:30 and it’s 4:30 now and I never heard back from him. We felt unsafe and wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone especially women as Hollywood has zero respect for women. Crying for three hours on vacation isn’t my idea of fun and we paid for fishing a lot of money and got the boat ride from h*ll. Boat is small and only one person for the crew. I didn’t pay to help be the captain and get mauled by his hands and listen to his mouth.

I am very sorry the tour you booked with us has not been as you planned it regarding the bad experience you say you have with the captain, he is strong in voice but it does not mean he is badly spoken or aggressive he is a very good guide since As you say, he explain to your husband how to use fishing equipment , leaving you to help him handle the boat, says the captain who wanted to tell you where to drive because of the strong swell he grabbed you without to disrespect you, he apologizes for That also comments your husband never mentioned to return or being angry about something, only you are the one who was not satisfied when I received your call I did not know what was happening what you told me and I had no answer because I also had to listen to the captain. As for the size of the boat it is 23 feet right there before making the reservation you have set how many people maximum it can take. Our prices are the cheapest in the area.
