One of the best fishing trips I have ever taken. The whole experience was seamless and excellent.

Jamie, the owner, offered us private transportation at a rate comparable to taxis and his driver arrived right when he said he would and was waiting on at the dock when we came back. He even had a cooler for putting our fish in on the way home.

The check in/license purchase was efficient. Buy the live bait. Silly not to.

The boat was exactly as advertised. A bit of shade and made to go fishing in. Multiple rod locations and very seaworthy.

Our captain came from a fishing family and had over 25 years experience in the local waters and you could tell. He could tell that a fish was going to strike before it happened just by how the live bait was acting. Very impressive!

My son and I ended up catching 10 fish in about 4hrs. We weren’t the first to catch fish but our captain saw where people were getting the first hits of the day and moved us about 1000 or so feet east of those first couple hits. We had a double header mahi mahi inside of 5 minutes! No way that was coincidental, we moved into the current where I’m guessing they were coming from.

If you are a fisherman from elsewhere, there is zero need to spend any more money. These guys have it dialled in with everything you need.

We are going again tomorrow! Hopefully we can have some more of the same success!

Pancho worked and worked.  We trolled for roosters and then I suggested we bottom fish. Pancho headed to some reefs pretty far south almost to Chileno!  Some hits, but only caught 2. Even was chummin’ a storm. Trolled again back to the marina.  Nada! Just one of those days, gorgeous costal views though! That’s why they call it fishing!  I should have gone all in for some Mahi given the fishing reports, but I wanted chill and to avoid an early morning wake up.  Got that!  Thanks Pancho! Next time we’ll get em!  Captain, boat, bait etc all what you would expect!
