After sitting awake for 2 hours I figured I would change my reply to the review and try to be as respectful as I can be and not lower myself. But obviously you have absolutely no idea in what it takes to keep boats running and fishing every day maintenance has to be done sometimes it’s a little inconvenient but if a unpainted piece of wood and a piece of rail that’s being replaced affected our trip in some way I don’t know how all I know is you should be glad we’re doing maintenance on the boat and trying to upgrade and make it a nicer boat most of the work we’ve done people have actually appreciated. You were showed everything and that was before you got on the boat you were told we were doing work and some stuff wasn’t finished and you were perfectly fine with it I could have easily just canceled the trip and said we didn’t get some work done we can’t take you out. Even with that I told you the fishing was slow on the morning trip and if you didn’t want to go I would understand it was fine as far as the small fish we had a few small sharks from what I remember and I know the barracuda which wasn’t actually not that small of a fish some people would have been happy it was just a beach trip wasn’t an offshore trip. Plus if you know anything about fishing some days are better than others sometimes fishing is better in the morning than it is the afternoon but you were told this all before we left you looked at the boat an unpainted piece of wood and an unfinished piece of rail makes you want to downgrade somebody living I hope you take pleasure in it thank you anyway for fishing with us here is a picture of the new flooring we are installed and the back deck is all been gel coated lots of work is done since you’ve been on the boat but between thunderstorms every afternoon and fishing it’s hard to get a boat completely done this time of year but we’re almost there sorry you felt the need to sit on the boat for 4 hours and not say a word about any of it we could have easily brought you in early cut the trip short saved you some money like I have done many many times before with customers on days of poor fishing or even if they were seasick which many people wouldn’t do. REALLY wish people like you would just say something and not try to hurt somebody’s business with lousy reviews thank God we get plenty of good ones. Funny part is to give me and my mate a two-star because we are nothing but nice accommodating and do our best with our customers somehow that’s awful funny all over a unpainted piece of wood and an unfinished rail thank you anyway.
