Fantastic experience for my son, four of his friends and me. All of us had prior offshore experience, but the charter was well worth it.  The captain was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable.  We were able to have everyone engaged fishing.  Caught our limit for sharks - bonnet heads, which was incredible for the boys as most had never caught one.  While reds were not biting, we also caught catfish and red snapper.  Look forward to another charter with Salty Rods!

Great trip with family.  Despite a slow fishing day just in general for all charters, we had a lot of fun. Captain Richard was doing everything he could to make sure we found fish.  Cool guy to hang out with and had plenty of stories and knowledge to share about the area, fish we did catch and recipes to use with our catch.  Can’t wait to try the fish tacos.  He even went over on our time by almost a half hour to offset the slow fishing.  Will definitely be back

My son and I had a great time on our trip we caught some nice fish and my son caught a nice shark all in all it was a great trip and would come again

They were up front and honest about the conditions being rough but guaranteed we would catch something. They went out of their way to provide one of the best charters I have ever been on. Both Sheryl and Hayden clearly love what they do and put the customer first. Looking forward to booking again.

We had such a great experience. Bubba and the crew were awesome.  We had such a good time and maxed on reds within the first two hours. I highly recommend this charter.we will be coming back for sure. I can’t say enough how great this crew was.  I definitely recommend salty rod charters to everyone!
