Captain Larry put me on the fish immediately. My first cast I caught a nice sized speckled trout.  I caught my limit with just a few hours. At our last spot I was catching fish about every cast.  I actually cut the trip a little shorter because I had filled my limit for trout along with 4 big sheepshead. All in all it was a great trip.

We had such a great fishing trip with Captain Mike! We caught black drum, spotted trout, catfish, flounder, sting rays, and a crab. Such fun! I appreciated Mike’s friendly and laid back attitude; everybody was comfortable and enjoyed themselves….but he also kept my children safe (ages 8 and 12). Mike had everything we needed for a fun, productive, and safe trip. We will be calling next time we are in Louisiana! Thanks, Mike!

Fished with Mike and his dad, both of which know the area well and how weather conditions determine where the fish should be.  Wind/ tide combination was not a good one today but they put us on the fish and the rest was up to us. We enjoyed their company and conversations and I have fresh speckled trout to fry up for dinner! Looking for a good charter out of Slidell? Give Cpt. Mike a call. I believe you will happy you did

Captain Mike was fantastic!  Great knowledge as a guide and a lot of fun; “flow with the punches” type guy. We limited out!  Judging by what we saw, he’s the captain’s captain. Other fishermen deferred to him. GREAT TIME!

We were both experienced anglers and know how hard it is to always put you on the fish.  We caught plenty of fish but unfortunately a lot were undersized but not from the lack of looking for them.  What makes it fun to us is the challenge and the experience and personality of the Captain.  Mike was all of that.  We are looking forward to our next trip with him.
