Captain Xavier pulled out all the stops to give me the best trip possible. While I wish I’d managed to get on sailfish or wahoo, we landed 3 nice pompano and a blackfin tuna thanks to his skill, mixing it up when the bite didn’t happen and constantly reading the water effectively to put us on fish. Even managed to get me close to a massive tarpon off the dock while his mate was fileting my catch. Would definitely recommend, hope to book again when I’m in town

Before you make the mistake of booking with another Captain or boat , CHOOSE THIS ONE! Do yourself a favor and choose the full day so you give him the opportunity to give you options. Captain Xavier did everything possible to get us on the fish. He had an agenda and if something wasn’t working he had another plan, tactic or location. Captain Xavier and his mate Seth worked hard all day to find fish for us. Fishing was slow but there is nothing you could do about that. Some days the fish don’t want to eat. We had bites and didn’t get skunked. Was a fun day on the water and highly recommend these guys.

Great time! Although we didn’t land the tarpon we were after it was not due to effort by the captain. We hooked 3 and one broke the line and two shook it out. Caught a couple barracuda, jack crevelle, snook and finished the night with a 20 minute fight on what happened to be a rather large shark. Awesome trip. Would definitely do it again.

Had a great charter with Xavier.  We were limited on time but wanted to do deep-sea fishing.  He provided us with everything we needed and, within the first hour, had us on some rather large Baracuda.  We had some bites on the live bate as well but did not land any of those fish.  Overall it was a great day with a very nice guy.
