Hi Dan,
Sorry we didn’t exceed your expectations for a 5 out of 5 review like we aim for every trip. Not sure what Keygan did to deserve one of the worse reviews we have ever received for Chromeseekers. We switched river to get you on better fishing as our other river slowed down, by driving longer distances. We made room last minute for 2 out of your 4 people after our morning trip on the Betsie. You also caught fish which just makes it that much better and according to Keygan hooked good numbers of fish. We provided exactly what was in the description and did our best to make it a great trip so I’m a bit confused.

As for the boat, we run 50-60 trips a year out of it. Unfortunately, things do break from time to time like the pull string on the tiller motor. Luckily this happened at the end and not the beginning or the trip would have been completely cancelled. But, thanks to our network we were able to get back to the dock safely. The boat is going to mechanic today after our trip. Wish it would not have happened and we could have prevented it but sometimes they are out of our control. We do our best to keep up on maintenance but sometimes it unavoidable, especially at the end of the season, as we have been running very hard taking many clients fishing for the last 7 weeks. Which all have given a 5/5 review.

Regardless, we will continue to try our hardest to give people the best experience possible and put people on the best fishing possible.
