Captain Dave knows the area well and he did a great job setting our expectations and making the preparations for a really fun day of fishing. We caught an array of fish (including a sting ray) and the day was capped off by catching a fairly large fine tooth shark at the end of the trip.

Amazing day of fishing from start to finish.  Captain Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and we had action from start to finish. My boys also really enjoyed asking him questions about his boat, his best fishing experiences, and even about different kinds of jellyfish.  Highly recommend!!

We fished three spots.  First two, the fish were so small they would bite, and just robbed our bait.  At end, we went to deeper water and eventually caught a small shark.  The scenery of the islands was nice, the fishing not so good.  I am not sure if it was the time of the day, or year, or the captains inability to find fish.  I would be willing to try this captain again and give him another chance. David was great! I have a lot of respect for what he does.  We caught some bait lol and then changed locations and brought in a shark. He may not look big but he was a fighter!  It was a great day!  I need to say, don’t be disappointed or discouraged if the fish aren’t biting.  Remember that wind and weather play a factor and that your captain can’t put them on the hook!  David changed up the bait , location and tactics,  they just started hitting towards the end of the trip and he... Had a great time, caught 3 varieties of sharks!  Unbelievable experience!  Saw many dolphins on the ride out and back as well.
