Upon arrival, we were immediately urged to pay additional for the full day trip instead of 3/4 day if we wanted to target tuna 30 miles offshore. Exactly 1 year ago, on another charter at the same marina, we ran 30 miles offshore and caught tuna on a 3/4 day trip. A little off putting, but ultimately not that big of a deal. The real issue was being put on a completely different boat than what we booked. While walking up to the boat that is in every single picture on this listing, the manager says, no not this boat, keep going a little further. We end up getting put on a completely different smaller boat and it was never mentioned or discussed beforehand. With it being 7 am and time to leave for our trip, I decided that it wasnโt in my best interest to get in an argument over it, if we wanted to fish that day. The boat was not quite big enough for offshore fishing. We were told to sit in the front and took spray over the bow all day. We will not be booking with these guys ever again.

We got to see prime action, dolphins and birds flocks chasing fish right in front of us. charters were catching tuna all around us but we did not have live bait and didnโt get a single bite the entire trip.

Sorry to hear your experience was not the best! unfortunately we cannot control fishing we were really hard to try to get fish on the boat, early in the morning we were trying to get bait but the river mouth was dirty cause rain of the night before, we didnโt want to spend too much time getting live bait which is why we decided to go chase those tunas. In our report we got the information that we got two bites of tunas but unfortunately they scape Also we wants to mention that day was a really hard day and thatโs why we gave 1h extra and we went close to the inshore and then we had another bite with a snapper one more time, we loosed the fish. As you can see this is one of those days that nothing works, we are the first on line that arenโt happy about it! Our numbers and reputation can support what weโre saying.
