I chose this trip because I had my daughter and her friend (16&17).  We weren’t looking for trophy fish. Just a lot of action and Jeff didn’t disappoint. He moved from spot to spot and kept us catching fish the whole time. Not only that but kept them thoroughly entertained with the Dad jokes and information about the area. Capt. Jeff is a great guide. From the meet up in the morning to the ride back was an all around great time. The sailfish weren’t in the mood but the kingfish were an absolute riot on light tackle. Capt. Jeff is an absolute pro at his craft, with a laid back easy going vibe. Bring your kids, my son had a blast. Great human being and experience! Can’t wait to run it back again! Had a great time with Jeff’s Fishing Charter. Jeff was really easy to talk to and made the whole trip super enjoyable. We caught some fish, and he cleaned them up for us which we ended up taking to Lazy Lobster and had them cooked “lazy style” per his recommendation –  must try. The whole catch-and-eat thing was definitely a highlight of our trip. Would do it again with Jeff!

Brought my 16 year old son down for his first fishing experience in the Keys. Jeff made it a perfect day. Even though we booked in a slower season, we caught plenty of fish. Reached our limit of yellow tail and snapper pretty quickly and then headed out for some bigger catch. Caught a ton of fish and even hooked up on a spinner shark at the end of the trip. Highly recommend taking a trip with a guy who was born and raised in the keys. Very laid back and stress free!!
