Capt Chris & his brother Dave were outstanding. They were very friendly and very helpful. As my wife said, itโs obvious these two young men were raised right. Capt Chris made sure to put us on fish & kept the action coming throughout the trip.
This was my wifeโs first ever fishing trip and they made sure we had a great day on the water & made some great memories. I will definitely contact him again the next time I want to take a fishing trip out of Charleston.

Thank you Jason. We are glad you had a great time. Welcome to the Coastal Carolina Fishing Charters family.
Fishing wth Captain Chris Arnold was a truly memorable experience for my family: two grandsons, ages 25&26, grandson-in-law 28, and my two sons-in-law 59. I am just south of 78 and diagnosed with Parkinsonโs, 3+ years ago. First of alI, I must say that Captain Chris was the most gracious and accomodating individual I could possibly have selected to provide such a fun filled family day. I was first on, as well as first off the boat and well cared for all the time in between Finding fish was definitly not a problem. Captain Chris moved from one marked area to another keeping the action pretty much continuous. I may be w r o n g, but It seemed as though the moves were predicated on the timing of the sharks arriving and starting to becoming just a bit bothersome. If such were the case, it did not work very well because two shark encounters have been etched into the fabric for future years of stories to be told and retold! Briefly, the first is of the five footers (which I know grew probably 12-18 inches in the first few tellngs) hooked and the fellows took turns on the pole for over an hour before he broke off. The second was when the youngest grandson had by far the biggest gamefish of the day getting very near to our Monday evening fish-fry, when the shark attacked! Leaving just the head as a momento of the most fun day of fishing I ever experienced! Many thanks again from all to Captain Christopher Arnold.
