Captain Sam and mate Aaron were absolutely fantastic on the water today. The boat was clean and well-maintained while also stocked with water and Gatorade. We were expertly captained through an hour or two of six to seven foot swells on our way to do some trolling and bottom fishing.
Sam made sure to put us over fish frequently and switched from trolling, to bottom fishing, back to trolling to ensure that we could get our fill of different kinds of fishing. The fish were cleaned and cut for us at the end of the trip as promised.
We felt safe the entire way and had zero doubts of Samโs ability to complete the trip with no problems. Recommend to anyone looking for a great and affordable charter.

What a Day on the boat. It started off at the docks at 5:30 am on a near-shore 3/4 day charter. There was thunder and lightning as well as high winds, Catian Samuel made the call that it was best to delay the trip until the lightning storm had passed. Once the lighting storm had passed we proceeded to leave the dock. Note: (we were the only boat to leave the dock that morning) After making our way out of the inlet captain Samuel made the call to abort the offshore mission and troll inshore to see if conditions would improve. Conditions did not improve and we ended up trolling inshore for the majority of the trip. Until we ultimately tried to get hooked up to a large shark, unfortunately, we ended up getting bitten off several times by a very very large shark that was able to bite through a wire lieter. But the end result of this story is that captain Samuel made what should have been a trip that never left the dock into one heck of a fun trip. He went above and beyond to try every option to make our trip a fun one. As I stated earlier we were the only boat to leave the dock but we still make an amazingly fun day out of it. I would like to add one caveat captain Samuel is not for the faint of heart, he is a true sea captain. If you are looking to book a trip with an experienced captain that is willing to make a trip work regardless of comfort and frills. His only concern is the safety of his passengers, crew, and boat, if none of those are in danger you are going fishing regardless of if you are the only boat to leave the dock. He comes highly recommended to experienced fishermen that are looking to have a great trip regardless of conditions. He turned our trip from one that should not have left the docks into a five-star review. Could not recommend this captain more, already looking into booking a second trip for the fall.

We went offshore for a 4 hour trip, and we were able to land 1 shark.ย We had 2 kids aboard, and they were so excited!ย We hooked something very big, but after fighting it for about a half an hour, it got off the hook.ย Being avid outdoorsmen, we knew that things like that could happen, but the crew kept trying.ย Captain Adam and his 1st Mate Charlie did a great job!ย Thanks Reelax!!ย See you next year!
Awesome experience! My 7 year old son still talks about it 5 days later! Sadly the sharks did not want to play with us. But that was not from lack of effort or experience from the crew. They did all they could to intice the sharks. Gallons and gallons of blood. Huge cooler full of chum was all used and the sharks still wouldnt play. Captain suggested we change species so we donโt leave empty handed. We did and he put us ON THE FISH! Poles were going down faster then we could bring them in. We had so much fun and brought home a cooler full of fish!!! We Plan on fishing with this crew during our visit next year. Outstanding boat and crew! 5 stars ๐
