Dan took us fishing on my Dadโs 75th birthday. We were fishing for sharks, and we caught sharks (and a very nice size stingray). Due to the tide situation, Dan suggested a change in our trip time, and it worked. We got many consistent bites. It was a lot of fun. My Dad certainly had a memorable time. Dan is knowledgeable, personable, and works very hard prepping bait and getting lines ready for fish. Great experience. Highly recommend Dan and Fin and Tonic.

This charter was an absolute blast! Captain Dan wasted no time getting us exactly where the fish were and we got on a few absolute MONSTER sharks almost immediately. Captain Dan is extremely knowledgeable about fishing locally and has all the right equipment to get you the trophy fish you want. We will absolutely be chartering with him again! I recommend this charter to anyone who wants to go out and get hooked up on some giants. You will not be disappointed!

We had an amazing time! Captain Dan was flexible with the scheduling to accommodate for weather. He took us to a spot with lots of sharks to catch and had the right bait to do the job. We hooked a big shark towards the end of our trip and we long as we were willing to keep fighting it, he was willing to let us stay out to catch it. It was super fun and my parents have a great fish story to tell now. We would 100% book with him again!!

Weather caused some issues with our original reservation. However, Captain Dan communicated with us very well and we were able to get another option figured out. My wife and I are not avid fishers and we hadnโt gone offshore fishing before.ย Captain Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He explained where we were going, what we need to do to get the fish on the line, and what we were catching. We had an amazing time catching a huge redfish, a shark, numerous sea bass, and a few big fish that put up a big fight and broke the line and got away.ย 10/10 would recommend Captain Dan to anyone and we will be going out with him as soon as we get back to Charleston.

Capt. Dan is a straight shooter and knows the area extremely well. Even if the fishing is slow (which obviously he canโt control) there is plenty to see in the area and plenty you can learn. Take advantage of his knowledge and ask questions not only about fishing but the about the scenery, thereโs so much amazing history in the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant area. He earned loyal customers that will be back to fish with him again.
