Captain was very knowledgable. Even with sketchy weather he listened to our concerns and kept everyone safe and happy. We went with my two kids (6 and 8) and my 6yo was thrilled catching lots of different species and even a shark! This excursion of one of the more expensive ones we looked at but it was worth the extra cost since we were able to customize our trip to our needs. My son says he wants to be a fishing charter captain when he grows up!

Austin went above and beyond with us on our fishing adventure for Sharks! The kids had an absolute blast, as well as the adults! He was very attentive to the kiddos and helping them with their bait when needed. We even had a possible storm that could have ruined the excursion and he reached out to see if we could come earlier to ensure we got the full experience! I would absolutely plan future fishing adventures with him! Worth every penny!!

Capt. Austin took me and my family out for my birthday today. He was honest about the bite and made sure we tried everything we could to catch fish. Once we were on the fish, it was nonstop action! Capt. Austin is an amazing Capt., and we will definitely try to get back on the boat with him this year. And as someone who has never been seasick, today was the first time and he made sure I was okay the whole time. Grade A, class act of a Capt.!!!!

I would give this six stars if I could! Captain Henry and Mate Sam were great.  Both knew where the sharks would be and how to catch them. Overall, we landed 13 sharks and one sting ray in 4 hours. Our biggest was a 4 foot lemon shark that fought like hell.  Most of the sharks were caught by my wife, including the 4 footer! All were released unharmed by the skilled crew. For our trip,  the seas were a bit rough so we couldn’t go out that far, but that didn’t matter to us. The crew had our safety in mind and acted accordingly to the changing conditions.  My family and I were very pleased with our very first shark fishing trip. Give Salty Hooker a chance ... you’ll be glad you did.

An amazing day on the water with Austin and Sarah! They took us to multiple spots and put us on the fish each and every time. From record Cobia (for us), to Blue fish, to sharks, and a bunch of bottom jigging for small action, we had a blast.  They had all our rods rebaited each and every time, even before we knew they needed it. They were extremely professional, great with families, and super attentive. Their catch and release of the shark was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to try our Cobia fillets tomorrow which they prepared for us on the dock. I’ve been fishing for over 40 years and I’ve been taking my family fishing for more than 15 years, and this was one of the top three fishing trips we’ve ever been on. Thanks for an extremely memorable day Austin and Sarah. Can’t wait to join you on the water again soon.
