Dan is great guy and worked really hard for us.  Caught a ton of fish even though a cold front just came in.  We would recommend to anyone!

I had the pleasure of fishing a day with Capt. Dan around Sanibel and I can’t recommend Capt. Dan enough.  The day was filled with non-stop hook ups of trout, snapper, jacks, and a snook (minus the bigger snook I lost).  Capt. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the fishery as well as the multiple species of fish and the best ways to catch them.  He is also very patient and an excellent teacher.  His equipment and boat are top of the line, very clean, and well maintained.  My wife came along on the trip and he went out of the way to make sure she was comfortable and had a great time as well.  Capt. Dan is very personable and highly competent at what he does.  If you’re looking to book a trip do yourself a favor and book Capt. Dan.  You won’t be disappointed!

Booked this trip less then 24 hours before departure. Captain sent a message extremely fast confirming our morning meet. Maybe 30 minutes into our trip I nailed a HUGE jack. The pre-historic Jack got off as soon as I reached for my phone, go figure. We continued to catch speckled trout, snapper, lady fish, Jack and snook for the remainder of our trip. Captain was extremely attentive and gave pointers on how to attract more fish while cast and retrieving. And every pointer worked. By the end of the trip I felt like a pro and as if I’ve gained a friend. Literally the best trip I’ve been out on. Big fish, abundance of species and a down to earth Captain, literally everything I was looking for. Every time I’m on this end of Florida I now have a preferred private charter. Thanks Cap

Just book the trip! I couldn’t have asked for a better guide for the day. 8 hours went by way to fast. I’ll be back for sure!
