We went out on a 3hr charter with 4 of us. We have been on a lot of charters over the years in ct and ri. This is hands down the best one I have ever been on. Captain was so knowledgeable and taught us how to read all the eltronics and use them. He put us on the best seabass fishing we have ever had. We even got a keeper fluke in the mix. He showed us how to catch bunker and we did a few drifts with like bait for stripers. We had one person on the boat for their first time. They set him up and showed him how to do everything , and yes he smoked us all with their guidance and teaching.  If you are looking for a fun ,clean family run charter that checks all the boxes this is definitely for you. We will be back again for sure. The whole ride home was discussion about the next time. Also my father does not get around great they helped him in the boat no problem.  Checked on him before going anywhere to see how he was feeling . Coming from someone who has a bad knee and back best ridding boat I have ever been on. Thank you again and we will see you in the fall.

The only word that comes to mind is OUTSTANDING. From start to finish it was exactly what I was looking for in sharing an afternoon with my son who will soon be married. If you are planning a family event, a day out with the guys or simply want to try something different….Capt Joe has it all.  Capt Joe went out of his way to make this memorable for us. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, lots of patience and willing to share his experience to make ours fulfilling.  We even caught fish which of course he has no control over.  Would recommend him without hesitation. We really enjoyed this fishing charter. My son wanted to do it for his birthday, but we had never done anything like this before and were a bit intimidated because of our lack of experience. Captain Joe was great! He made the whole experience fun.  We caught so many fish that I lost count of the exact number but we came home with a bag of fillets.  One of the best parts about this charter is the personal attention you get. It’s a private charter and it’s only four people plus the captain so he has time to make sure everyone is doing it right and he makes sure everyone gets to catch fish. We will definitely be going out with this charter again.

Amazing trip! I booked this as a 50th birthday gift for my husband to take my sons. They had an amazing time each catching multiple fish. Joe was very communicative from the start and made sure the trip would afford the boys the best day. He made sure the tide and weather were perfect so they would have an excellent day of fishing. This was the first time they had fished on the ocean from a smaller craft and it was an excellent experience. They enjoyed the fish fighting hard! We highly recommend Captain Joe and his tours. All around spectacular day!
