cannot give high enough praise to Captain Chris and first mate Dan!ย we had so much fun. these guys KNOW the water and were so patient and so kind to me and my family. what an experience it was. we came away with 11 (YES, 11!!) fish, so we ALL had an opportunity to do some reeling and much laughing. i would give 10 Stars if I could.

Chris and Kevin made it a great experience! Fish were mostly biting early on that day, so the crew made sure we had lines in the water within 10 minutes of leaving the dock. My 11-year-old son had a blast, and caught the biggest fish of the day! Captain and mate were kind, helpful and personable throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend.

We had five people on a 5 hr. trip with Captain Chris and first mate Kevin.ย Captain Chris and Kevin were both great.ย They did everything they could to make our trip enjoyable and worked hard to get us on some fish.ย Our whole group would highly recommend On the Fly charters and Captain Chris!ย We would absolutely go again if back in Grand Haven.

These guys were awesome!! Not only super personable but really knowledgeable about what they were doing. We had some rough waves and they made us as comfortable as they could. Constantly changing out different lures to give us the best chance they could at fish. They guided us when we reeled them in to give us the best chances of success. Highly recommend these guys.

Communication was top notch regarding the trip, weather and fishing techniques.ย We felt safe and comfortable at all times even though the lake was a bit choppy.ย They worked VERY hard getting lines out, switching lures and finding great spots for us to fish.ย We had an awesome experience catching over 10 fish!ย they even cleaned the fish for us and gave us recipes for cooking them.ย Thank you for helping us make great fishing memories with our kids!
