Amazing day on the river. Winter steelhead fishing can be tough due to weather and getting these elusive fish to take what you’re giving them. You need to put your time in and know what your doing. Captain Michael was terrific. Great energy, patient, and worked really hard to put us on fish. This guy is a hard core angler that knows his stuff. He refined our fishing technics that made the difference hooking up and landing a couple beauties. Looking forward to next trip!

The last few days on the Salmon have reminded us why it’s called “fishing” and not “catching”… fish have been few and far between… Captain Mike worked tirelessly putting us in great spots and helping when gear issues arose … one fish that popped off next to the boat was all me and my partner were able to achieve despite his best efforts … nevertheless we had a fantastic trip with a great guide … we will definitely look him up for our next trip … and we would definitely recommend...
